Vendors providing services at Edgewater Beach Resort are required to register for a vendor entry pass prior to arrival. Five pass types are available and may be selected from the “Pass Type” dropdown menu during the registration process.

Upon completion of registration, vendors must present their confirmation and a valid ID at the EBRCA Owner Services Office, located at 520 Richard Jackson Boulevard (Villa side), to obtain their paper pass or decal.

Vendors requiring a Daily One-Time Entry Pass may obtain it directly at the Welcome Center entrance for the appropriate access point
(Tower or Villa side).

REAL ESTATE AGENTS do not need to register. Simply show your business card to security for access.
